THEY REALLY GRILLED MY FIANCE.
THEY WANTED TO HEAR FROM MY FIANCE THAT WE ARE MARRIED, WHICH WE ARE NOT.
QUESTION SUCH AS:
WHAT UR FIANCEE NAME?
FIANCEE PARENTS NAME?
WHAT DOES SHE DO?
FIANCEE PARENTS?
BIRTHDATE?
WEDDING PLAN?
THEY EVEN TOLD HIM IF YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE MARRIED WE WILL GIVE YOU VISA.
MY FIANCE SAID NO WE ARE NOT MARRIED.
AT THE END SAID UR VISA IS APPROVED.

Excellent experience!!
Had appointment for 8am. Went at 7.15 Big line downstair at building. Took 10 minutes to get in there. Then submitted notice at window 1. Officer called us at 10.45 Officer was very very nice and friendly, ask for ID. Told if we had any documents to show & Thats it. Only problem we had was vaccination supplement which we did not had. We got it today & officer personally gave us congratulation letter. overall great experience. Great gentle man the officer was. Interview lasted 10 minutes. Wait time is alot. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
