Got off the plane, went to the immigration and joined the queue, waited for about 45 mins., staffs were friendly, when it comes to my turn, they opened the K1 package, asked me few basic questions; when is the wedding, where in the states i'm going to stay, what's my fiance surname. While the staff asking me questions, at the same time, took my fingerprints and a photo shot, then directed me to the isolated room for more immigration check. There was a bunch of people waited ahead of me, so it took me to 1 & 1/2 hr to wait for my turn. After the long wait, stamped my passport, got the I-94 form w/ A# on it & reminded me to marry w/in 90 dys. I was a bit worry of my connection flight but luckily it was changed the flight time schedule. And I thanked God I arrived safely to my destination even though it was delayed for many hours due to flight schedule. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
