They were very accommodating, they only asked a few questions, did the fingerprinting. Liza is only 11 so they did not do fingerprints on her. They took about an hour from touchdown to finish. We were not able to make the connecting flight, but were rescheduled without trouble. |

Was interviewed by Officer Luntsford, She verified information on the I-485, asked for bills with both names, and any other proof documents, also wanted to see copies of our divorce decrees, she later recanted and found them in our file. Read a few of the questions on the application to my wife which i translated, and the same for my daughter, They saw all three of us at the same time, although our daughter never received a biometrics appointment, so she was lacking her biometrics, officer Luntsford provided us with an immediate biometrics right there at the office. She said that because card production would only take 2-3 weeks, she was not going to give the I-551 Stamp. Overall easy process, not a hard interview, she even commented on how prepared we were, Thanks to all the hard work here at visajourney.com!!!! Follow the guides, will make your life a whole lot easier!!!!

Daughter was 13 at time of filing, but turned 14 during the time USCIS was revieweing the petition - They required us to go get a biometrics done for her. We had asked about this when we went for my wife's appointment - they of course, stated that she did not need the biometrics done. Nonetheless we are going back to do the biometrics on Dec 5, 2011. |

My wife went to her interview yesterday - she was asked to verify all of the questions and information on the N-400, and she was asked 7 questions for some reason - as they should have stopped at 6 (She said she got all of them correct):
1) What is the Name of the National Anthem?
2) Why does the Flag have 13 stripes?
3) What major event happened on September 11, 2001, in the Unioted States?
4) What does the President's cabinet do?
5) How old do citizens have to be to vote for President?
6) What ocean is on the West Coast of the United States?
7) What is the "rule of Law?"
She had to write the following sentence:
- People want to vote.
She didn't remember the sentence she had to read, but stated that there was a chart with multiple sentences and she was asked to read one.

Over all the interview went well, Very nice people!! Olga stated that they asked somewhere around four questions: What her fiance's name is? How we met? How many times we met, and what were the circumstances? How we communicate? Liza experienced a much easier experience, Liza is Olga's Daughter! They simply asked her if she was ready to go to America? If she knew any english? That was about it in a nutshell, simple process!! As long as you follow the guidelines and fill out ALL of the paperwork, double and triple check everything, then you will be good to go!! Olga did say that no one that she saw got denied!! Overall she was there about two hours. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
