Our Personal Time Line...
29 April 2008-Formal introduction from WAYN website. Realized this is the man from my dreams, from that photo in his profile! Chatted for six(6)hrs during our first 4 chats, w/web cams!
10 May 2008-HE PROPOSED-asking if I thought I could spend forever being his wife??? Oddly enough he told me of a dream he had the night b4, and the day had played out just as he described later from his dream!!! He was nervous, not knowing how I'd react to his questions but he managed to get the proposal out, and I certainly said YES!
29 May 2008 Headed to Jordan to meet this man... Arrived to see my intended standing there patiently waiting for me to walk thru the gate--boy did he look GOOD! Me in Jordan?! With this fantastic man?! Whod'a thunk?! Rested for a few days getting to know my future husband a lil better, and seeing how life happens around this new place!
1 June 2008 Started process of marriage--many lines, much waiting and those STAMPS needed for everything!!! AHHH!
2 June 2008-Continued process for getting married... More stamps, more lines, Only to be told to come back Wednesday!Time is ticking by and we aren't married yet!!!
3 June 2008- Up early showered dressed and headed to the courthouse- got sent to get blood tests(we're both healthy!) back to courthouse, only to be told to go back to the clinic and have a pregnancy test(I hadn't been divorced for more than three months!-YIKES!)I also hadn't had anything to drink that morning, which made filling up that lil cup a rather daunting task! Finally results -NEGATIVE-well DUH!-- back to courthouse, sweet lil ceremony, WE'RE MARRIED! YIPEEEEEE! Honestly the happiest day of my life! I LOVE MY NEW HUBBY, HE'S AMAZING!
11 June 2008-Came home and immediately started gathering paperwork for processing! Lets get him to me quick!
30 July 2008- Headed to Jordan again- 2 bros-in-law getting married! Get to see my hubby again-Can't stand to be apart! Spent much time with my dear family there, even took a trip to EGYPT!
Aug 11 2008-Said goodbye to my love, and my sweet family alas...Missed my flight back to Den. He had to buy me a ticket to get home-poor guy!
13 Aug 2008-Again said goodbye(twice) to my handsome hubby and my dear family in Jordan then climbed on that airplane to home. Never have I had such a hard time dealing with the pain of saying goodbye-not knowing when I'll be back again:-<
14 Aug 2008-Arrived home, went thru mail and found receipt from USCIS for I-130... sent in I-129f.
8/22/08 rec'd letter of approval form I-797 from CSC, also rec'd back in mail I-129F from CSC because I-130 was approved for processing!!! Called my adviser who told me this is a GOOD thing, said it should speed the process up!!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
