Had my interview today. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. but I arrived at around 7am. The prescreener didn't ask for any of the civil documents that were on the website. Nor was I asked for additional evidence. She was very formal and straight-forward. I was asked the following in Tagalog:
1) My name, birth date, age
2) Who was petitioning me and how we're related
3) To sign Part II of DS 230
4) How we met
5) If my husband was naturalized, how he arrived in the US
6) His occupation
7) When we first met in person
8) If I had been to other countries, if yes, for what purpose and how long
While she was asking me these she was going through the documents we had submitted to the USCIS/NVC and taking down notes. She opened the pictures that we had also mailed in the US and she just scanned them and asked where the wedding pictures were but quickly realized they were right under her nose. I was done by 8:00 am. After which I was called to have my fingerprints scanned.
At around 9:40 am I was waiting for my turn to be interviewed by the Consul and went in at around 9:50. The lady was really beautiful and professional as well. These are the things that I was asked:
1) To swear to tell the truth
2) My name, age
3) My husband's age
4) How I knew him - and since I told her I had met him while I was still in college, she also asked what I studied and if I had ever studied in Italy. When I said yes, she asked if I had submitted my Italian Police Clearance (Yes).
5) While looking over our documents she said "everything looks good" then asked "Is he filipino-american?". Then she looked at our MC, my NBI and the Italian Police Clearance and the translations. I think she got amused by the language as she carefully read everything and even asked if the pronunciation was right. She also added "Risulta nulla (translation:There is nothing on file)---that should be good!"

7) So you're staying in California?
8) Then she asked what my bachelor's and master's degrees were for and asked if I intended to teach in the US.
9) Again, she said "Everything looks good"
10) Finally she crossed out the white paper and said "Your visa has been approved. Please go outside and wait for your name to be called."
I went out, waited for my name to be called at window 37 and was issued THE pink slip. I paid Air21, went out of the US Embassy, crossed Roxas Blvd, took a cab, got home and started texting and thanking the people who had prayed for me (tons!). After which, I called my husband.
