Consulate Review: El Salvador

Embassy Review : K1 VISA INTERVIEW

In El Salvador, you have to attend two appointments. The first one is for the reception of the documents and the sencond one is when you have the interview.

It was a good experience. Things just went as I expected it. All my documents
In El Salva

were in order and the consul only made some specific questions.

I first attended window 12 where I was finger printed, then I was told that I would soon have my interview. Within 15 minutes I was in window 12, the consul reviewed all the documents, she asked me some general questions and she was kind and cordial through the interview. She congratulated us for our coming marriage.

I most admit that I was feeling a bit anxious, mainly because I was not sure what I would be asked, but everything went expedite and without any troubles. It was a good experience overall.

Now I am waiting for my passaport to be delievered home via Cargo Expreso.

I am so happy my friends, I cannot wait. Thanks VJ.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
