* The first interview on 23 July 2008-> Blue slip. They requested submitted the Bank Statement related the air-ticket who purchased, and explaination about ex-spouse current address.
* The second time, I came to embassy on 25th July 2008 to submitted all papers that they requested, then Blue Slip again. This time they requested the letter to explaination about ex-husband, Because both of us have been one time get married before and divorced! My ex-husband is Vietnamese oversea in US, that why my case so difficult.
Please submit Letter of explanation regarding beneficiary's previous marriage as well as how and when beneficiary's ex-husband went to the U.S. Please explain If petitioner is acquainted with beneficiary;s ex-husband.
Today is 30 July 2008, I went to embassy to submit the Letter of Explanation regarding my ex-husband and my fiancee's/Petioner.
After i waited for 2hours then they called me to get the PINK Slip. I am so happy today! Thank you everybody here had good post,and give me a good advices and i have many experience to do follow your way
