I used NVC AVR system to find that it was already generated. Then I produced bar code (according to instruction on VJ) and sent documents. Surprisingly IV bill has been generated, in NVC online payment system, in the same time as AOS payment bill. I believe it happened as the result, that I have already returned DS-3032 (overnight mail, it was accepted by NVC) a day before I received AOS bill with my IIN. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 154 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 237 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

Consulate Review: Warsaw, Poland Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : March 23, 2009 Embassy Review : Fingerprints taken first. 3-4 hours waiting. Conversation with immigration officer very easy. Did not ask ANY question. Just let us know that visa will arrive soon and gave us DHL papers. Also, added that we are perfect applicant.
