It seemed that it was the officer's first time to handle a K1/K2 cos he kept asking the other officer what to do, but he was nice and I'm glad about it. It took us long though cos we were the last passengers left at the airport and ran to catch our next flight to Austin. |

RFE --> full medical exam coz "they said" it was already beyond 12 months. Medical exam should be on its 12th month on April 23 09 and we applied AOS on March 24 09 [not quite 12 months, right?] |

It was short yet it seemed to take forever because of the tense feeling I had that time. The consul is too calm. Too much that it's like killing me cos he won't smile or had a single reaction on his face. But I guess that's how they should act (?).
In general, it went well and I'm so glad that it was over. |

I think it was the officer's first time to do K1 visa cos he kept asking the other officer about what to do, but everything went well except for we almost missed our final flight but we were the last passenger to get into the plane |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
