On May 24, 2011, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling.
When scheduling is complete, you will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview
05-25-2011 - Status Update Online: Your Case Status: Testing and Interview
Your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION is now scheduled for interview.
06-29-2011 - interview - Very easy, I got all questions correct. He said I was approved but he couldnt send my approval to the system because my Greencard wasn't 3 years yet. So in two weeks, he was going to send my approval and all I had to do was wait for the letter scheduling my Oath ceremony.
Few hours after the interview, I check my account at USCIS website and was posted a RFE... saying they were sending me a letter requesting more evidences... my husband called the immigration and the people didnt know anything. So I suspected that the officer just had to justify something in his system... to get time until the day my greencard was 3 years old.
07-16-2011 - Greencard is 3 years old
07-18-2011 - USCIS case status update -
Request for evidence response review. On July 18 we received your response for request for evidence... (I didnt send anything and they sent me any RFE letter)
07-27-2011 - status - we scheduled you to the Oath ceremony and sent a notice providing the date, time and location. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
