Comments : My fiancé got to the US Interest Section at 6:30AM. Around 7:30AM he was already inside the building and they asked him for his Passport and his name was written on the long list. Then he sat down and had to wait like 5 hours before he was called. He told me that many people were denied so became nervous. Around 1:00PM he was called and he was interviewed by a woman. He said she started reading the whole file and her expression on her face showed that everything was perfect. She was very friendly and very very nice. He said she asked him about 20 questions. The interview last 20 minutes and at the end she said to him "Your case has been approved and Welcome to the United States. Come back tomorrow to pick up your visa". He said all loud THANK YOU GOD !!! and she looked at him and smiled.

He already picked up his visa so right now he will have to go and get the Carta Blanca and in less than a month he will arrive to the United States of America !!!!.

I also want to let you guys now that we are so happy I mean we can't even describe how we feel and we thank God that he was approved and that very soon we are going to be together with our kids for the rest of our lives.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
