Yes, we waited 3 years to file. Financial issues. We did NOT file an I-130 as we weren't aware we should've, but it was not a problem-- We were transferred to CSC and approved with NO INTERVIEW! It was, however, NOT a 10 year card, it was only a 2 year conditional card. |

Followup to earlier review:
All seemed easy day of entry, but upon trying to get a social security number, we've hit a roadblock due to the immigration officer's sloppy handwriting on the I-94. His K looks like a mixture of a K and an H, and has caused us nothing but trouble trying to get this fixed in the SAVE system. We advise you to have a second glance at your I-94 before you clear POE to be sure they've written in your visa type clearly to avoid similar problems! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
