It was not necessary to wait for the letter from the consulate. I was verbally told my visa was approved and they kept my passport, but that it would be refused until they receive the medical results. 2024-10-09 Wed The doctor called me in the evening to inform me the results were now being sent to the embassy. I also received the DS-3025 (Vaccination records) by email. 2024-10-10 Thu CEAC status changed to approved 2024-10-11 Fri CEAC status changed to issued 2024-10-15 Tue I received a shipping notification from UPS in the afternoon, the notification from GTS premium by email only arrived past 8pm. 2024-10-16 Wed I received my passport with the K-1 Visa (valid until 2025-04-01) and the sealed envelope. I was surprised to find one corner of the sealed envelope has been cut, but after a search in the forum it turned out this is intended so airport security can inspect the contents without having to open it. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 188 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
