Hi, just snooping around people with similar timelines, is your marriage date a typo? Marriage in 2024 and petition 2023?

We finally got our approval, January 7, 2025. I’m sure the holiday slowed the processing down for those of you who are waiting and anticipated getting approval in 2023. It’s a slow process be encourage and I would tell you don’t pay any attention to the timeline on USCIS website. When our application was approved the timeline I just went back up to five months and after it got approved, it went up to 13 months so be encouraged. This is a good website to get a relatively good idea of when your case should be processed. Good luck and a happy new year

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
