Apparently different forms with same expiration date on top ( 08/31/2008)
Rejected for using form with this exp date, but apparently not the latest one. Note; the form was handed to us on an infopass appointment...be aware that they are even sending out the wrong ones!
After putting in service request, got an appointment letter for getting biometrics again...but on somebody elses name. My case number got linked to her alien number and cases got mixed up.
But approval same day after having my biometrics taken for a second time |
