Claudeth should have turned it into windows 17-20 but they were closed and would not open again until the following Monday and her hotel was only paid through Saturday with return plane tickets for that Saturday. After I called the embassy several times the lady at ext. 5184 found the translation still sitting at window X. Three days later the visa was issued. Thank you lady at ext. 5184! AOS application is in Chicago as of 09-15-05 so now we wait! EAD and AOS biometrics are also done. AOS approved without an interview on 02-23-06 and greencard arrived in the mail on 02-28-05 Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 12 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 98 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
