Comments : Boston was very easy. It was night and I had flown back to the States with her. We both went through the visitors line. Gave our sealed envelope and asked him if he wanted her x-rays, he said no. He had a few questions for me. Told us we had 90 days to marry. All in less then 15 minutes.

Embassy Review : Interview Date: 2/23

The interview was very easy for us. The lady we talked with at the window was very nice and friendly. We gave her all the documents she asked for. I had a lot of evidence of our relationship, so much that they didn't want it all. They did ask for photos which we had. After we gave all our documents to the lady. We waited for some time. Then we were called to the window to do finger prints. Then we waited some more time. Then we were called to the window for our interview. The interview was very short, he asked a few questions. After he handed us our pink slip. Then we went outside to the white tent for visa delivery by Fedex. Our interview was on Monday 2/23 and we had our visa the next Monday 3/2.

As a USC you are allowed to carry one bag inside the consulate. Don't let anyone outside tell you different. Also when you arrive at the consulate walk up the guard outside and show him your US passport. He will have wait in front of everyone near the door. The interview is a lot of waiting, we were there for about 2,5 hours all together.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
