What has happened to your NOA2? Have you inquired with USCIS or NVC ?

Visa went “in transit” on 5 sep 2024. I have my interview scheduled mid of october.

Hello. Did you get an email stating you guys went in to “transit” and also what were the steps after the case was in transit?

No. I was just religiously checking the ceac website daily :p and one day it changed
You have to file your ds160 then schedule your medical and interview after your status changes to “ready” (usually after a day or two of “in transit”)

How did your interview go ? Any update please

Approved

Hello! Did they tell you at the end of your interview that your visa was approved? Our interview is in a few weeks and all advice would be much appreciated!

Please share what questions were asked during the interview and what supporting documentation did you guys provide during the interview. Thank you and congratulations

How long after the approval did you get your passport back?

I got my passport back within a week of my interview. Questions were your basic K1 visa questions "When are where did you meet" " How long have you known each other" etc. Visa interview went very smooth and was easy. They let you know at the end if you got approved or not.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
