Consulate Review: South Africa Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : December 28, 2024 Embassy Review : Tips 1. Bring your latest 1040 tax return as opposed to or in conjunction with the tax transcript. 2. They looked at everything they asked in the interview instruction email. 3. Arrive early as it is first come first serve. They started the interview right on time and my finance was the first to go up. 4. If you are from another country tell them you need to return to your country so they may process your visa faster. 5. The medical appointment must be 2 weeks before interview. It’s crazy to think that people who need to interview in a country other their own needs to wait 2 weeks between medical & interview & then possibly another 2 weeks after approval for the visa to mailed.very unclea, stressful process.
