how long it took to get the email from the dominican consulate to schedule the visa appoiment? i already have the account set and have my welcome letter all we need is that email

It took a little over 24 hours. It took 2 weeks for me to get an appointment though.

got the email but i guess i did too many tries when i clicked in one of the dates it will say it was not availible and then it locked me out i have to wait for 72 hours , how did you do it ? its a bit overwellming thank you

Yes it will lock you out if you try too many times. I joined a facebook and WhatsApp group: K1 visa República Dominicana. They notify people when it is open. I called the service center with the 703 number and they told me June 3rd that all appts for July and August are gone. You have to check no more than twice a day and like really early in the morning like 6am. Or call.
