That service center incorrectly identified it as an I-130 Petition and sent it to teh Chicago Lock Box where a rejection notice was generated because they recognized it as an I-129. Instead ofending it back to teh California Service Center they sent the application back to my attorney and sent me the rejection notice. I re-filed and received a receipt dated January 14, 2008. I am trying to get put back in line where I would have been without the USCIS mistake. So far no luck. SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW OCCURED ON JULY 9, 2008 Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 99 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 177 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
