I was impressed by the security and the people they were very nice and very helpful. Once you enter the gate and passes security we were given a file and 2 amazing lady helping us to gather our documents needed in the file ,mostly make sure everything needed was in. Then they let you inside we( my son and i) were 3rd in the line , once it we were called at the window , an amazing lady take all required documents from us , when she asked for my fiancé divorce degree ,I gave her the original one which is a lot a pages and she asked for a copy which I thought she asked for all the pages I told her I don't have copy of it ,she smile and said she will be back shortly with a copy and came back with a copy of the front page ,I couldn't stopped myself from laughing as I did had that copy on me that make her laugh too she has been very helpful. Then we sit and wait 15 minutes for our interview ,that was very stressful because we could hear the person doing his interview infront of us which was a k1 like us , he was struggling so much ,my son was impressed how the officer did his best to help the guy , we don't know what happened to him next as we were called to a different window , the officer who did our interview was nice too , he asked for proof of relationship and asked who were people on photos with my fiancé and I, he asked a few questions and talked a few minutes to my son about his studies. Then he said the interview went well we did submitted all required documents and the interview went well but he can't pronounce now because they haven't received our medical yet which we did 2 weeks before interview, he said it's up to Mr to choose if he keep my passport or go back to Mauritius and dhl it , I first choose to leave it but he mentioned that it can take a week 2 or even 4 weeks which mean I won't be able to flight back to my country so I Decided to take my passport and was given a 221g on a pink paper to submit both passport, so far so good
but once I left the interview I pay a visit at the clinic and they told me they already sent our medical to the embassy since I couldn't have access to the embassy again I decided to change my flight back home and dhl my passport asap , it's 10 days since they received our passport, our status still refused online , not even an email to let us know they received the documents , complete silent radio ,can't call even email are automatic reply, it's so stressful not having an idea on how long it will take .
