My interview was pretty fine..
Here's my experience..
my number was flashed for the final interview.. WINDOW: 28
i entered the room and the consul greeted me good morning..
i sat and said "hello, good morning!"
he asked me to swear that all imma say is true.. i said "YES!"
here are the questions :
1. who is your petitioner?
2. when is his b-day?
3. where was he born?
4. was he ever married?
5. how did u meet him?
6. when was the first time you talked to him?
7. what does he do for work?
8. what do u do for work?
9. how many times did he come to visit
10. for how long?
11. when was the last time he visited?
12. how many times did he come to visit you?
13. why didn't he come back?
14. did he meet you parents?
15. why would you wanna marry him?
then he looked at the phone bills of my fiance, our pictures and he read some of our chat logs..
then he said.. "well, everything is fine.. we just need one more document from you"..
my face became serious and he said "u don't have to worry, here's what i need you to do.. when you go outside, wait for your name to be called and pay for your visa delivery"..
i smiled then asked if that is all.. he said "yes" then i said "thank you"..

POE was easy..
Here's my experience..
the immigration officer asked for my passport and the immigration form which i filled out inside the plane..
he asked for my xray and checked the vaccine certificate..
i asked him if he needs the "secret envelope".. he said another officer will ask that from me..
then he changed his mind and asked for the packet.. lol!
he browsed on it and asked me few questions like..
-who's the petitioner?
-where did we meet?
-did he visit me in the philippines?
-what does my fiance do?
-and do i know that we need to get married within 90 days?
after answerin the questions..
i did the finger scannin and he took my picture..
he attached the I-94 then stamped my passport..
he said dont forget to get your luggage ma'am..
and the much awaited "welcome to the united states of america"..

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
