Embassy Review : Our Interview was awesome! We waited for about an hour (that's the only part I don't like.) But, when we were finally seen, our interviewer was awesome. He was very standard. He asked all the standard questions and procedure-wise was on top of everything. He asked to see the originals of everything. He'd then check off his copies/list. Finally he asked to see proof of our relationship, he asked for co-bills, bank accounts, rental agreements, I nearly froze...because we have separate bank accounts and he doesn't drive so he's not on my insurance. I explained that quickly and he asked to see the pictures. We showed him wedding, honeymoon and every day type pics of me, my daughter and him as well as other members of my family and me with his family. We had a lot of that. We were also very organized and that helped get through everything quickly. He was satisfied and he approved him on the spot. We got a notice a week later with the approval. Yay!!
He was super nice, too...and you could tell he knew we were for real.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
