3/28/24 - Packet received by consulate and still waiting for packet 3 email
7/11/24 - Beneficiary received an email with a date for document dropoff of 10/7/24; interview date will be communicated at that time
9/9/24 - Medical exam appointment
9/24/24 - Embassy called beneficiary in the morning and gave her an updated schedule: document dropoff this Friday with interview next Thursday!
9/27/24 - Document dropoff at embassy
10/3/24 - Interview date - APPROVED
10/11/24 - Visa received
11/2/24 - We made it! Dallas POE, no questions asked!
11/22/24 - Applied for SSN (This was our second visit; the I-94 stamped in her passport was NOT sufficient documentation, rather we had to print the I-94 confirmation page from: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/home to take with us)
12/31/24 - We got married! |

When they saw beneficiary's packet, the CBP officer told petitioner to sit in a waiting area while she went with the agent. There were a few people ahead of her, but no questions were asked. The only thing that happened in secondary today was a passport stamp. |
