Not yet…

Hi, did you get your interview letter?

Nothing yet... you?

He was approved!!!

Congratulations!!! :)

Thank you! He was able to pick up his passport and visa today, it was super fast!

Hi, my wife is tica. We were just documentarily qualified yesterday January 10th. Wondering if anyone knows someone who just recently got DQ in the last month or two and their status. I saw online 3-5 months from these comments and looking at visa journey but wondering if we'll have better luck maybe there was a bigger line of people waiting a few months a few months ago.

I think it was a bit slower during the holidays, looks like it was taking about 3 months for people prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Yes. That makes sense. I was able to get the case DQ 1 month after USCIS approval despite a slight delay in case creation during the holidays. NVC processing times have improved too. I'm hoping she can have an interview by April but let's see.

Good luck!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
