Great thanks !
Have you filled submitted your ds160 or paid any fees yet?
I haven’t submitted yet. Or paid yet
But I did email the embassy twice and reached out to my federal representative
I’m in California and they said they will not intervene until Jan 28 2024

Oh wow, I did file the ds160 but I have not paid yet. I plan to pay though and see if I get any results after I pay the fee. I only received a case number from NVC and nothing else I keep emailing them asking them about the invoice number but no luck, they said they will inform me when the visa is at the embassy but we have been waiting awhile now.
ZaidaB on 2023-09-20 said:
Yes we need to pay and file asap. But the NVC hasn’t sent your case to the embassy right?
Mine was sent on the 14th
I hope we get something a month

How did it go!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
