Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : January 25, 2025 Embassy Review : Filipino consular officer window 60. Very rude and not friendly at all. Did not greet nor exchange pleasantries, unlike the other friendly consulates. Doesn't understand how to apply assets that are 3 times the difference between the poverty level and income shortfall as described by policy/ Issued 221g for sponsor, even though assets are 50 time the difference between the poverty level and income shortfall. Rating : Very Poor
