Not yet, still waiting for consulate to receive

Looks like you updated the dates that the consulate received. Congratulations! If time allows, please update the timelines after the consulate process and interview. This would be really helpful. Thank you in advance!

Hey there! Would you help me on what to do next, I received my NOA2 on 07/31/23 and received a ISL case number from NVC on 10/10/23, the case status is still at NVC, why it’s taking longer and what should I do next?
FaezahAmir on 2023-11-02 said:
Hi, you just have to wait. the NVC will forward your case to the consulate once they have reviewed and will send you an email.

Hello
May congrats on your approval. May I know , were there no openings for interview earlier than December for you? Or you just picked it.
Kindly respond
Thank you!

Hello, yeah there were no openings. Dec was the earliest spot open for me.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
