Comments : After we married, he moved to live with me here in Spain as it was then a requirement that he be a resident, but when we went we were told that it was no longer a requirement. We took our time completing the documents. We were surprised to have everything approved at our first visit when we went to inquire, we had brought along the petition form and biographical data form.
\"Looks great, will just need to wait for fingerprints results which takes 5 hours, so you can just come back tomorrow at 5 to pick it up\" Best thing I\'ve heard in a long time

Got EAD Stamp : Yes,Passport Stamp
Biometrics Taken : No
Harassment Level : 5
Comments : Though not addressed directly at me, the officer obviously felt that he drew the short end of the stick and was more vocal about his misery at getting stuck as each new immigrant was added to his pile of brown envelopes. he was rude to those who didnt follow or pick up on instructions right away (could be they didnt understand english) To the point of telling them, you want this visa or not, go sit there. Other Officers obviously enjoyed his disconfort as they smiled as they piled it on. Was not told about 2 year removal and other things i have to do. Just sign here. here. and ok. no welcome to the USA.
our one hour allowance was not enough, hubby had to go get suitcases to save time.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
