Comments : We had several delays in Rob's GC journey, but he received his card today 6/22/09 so we're done with USCIS for 2 years :)
The first delay was due to his medical exam information not making it from POE at Newark Liberty International Airport into his file at USCIS. We went for the interview on 4/29/09 and the only medical information the AO had in the file was what WE had sent in - just the copy of the DS3025 Vac chart. Rob's application would have been approved right then and there if the medical was present, but since it wasn't we had to go home and schedule with a Civil Surgeon to have another full medical done. A week and $250 later, we had the medical sent back to the AO (it was overnighted on a Friday and he didn't receive it till the following Monday) and Rob's application was approved!

Rob's GC production was delayed due to their processing machines being updated or whatever it was. We scheduled an INFOPASS for June 5th to get the I-551 stamp put into his passport just in case anything came up before he received his card. I left it saying "no" for the stamp because the stamp was not done on the day of the interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
