Comments : During her failed xray they stated it's "just protocol"
In other words they're backlogged, so instead of just letting people through like they should, they're making them do sputum tests to ease the load on the embassy. There were a thousand or more people there for the sputum.

Embassy Review : Fiancé said everything went really smooth and fast. They were really nice. It was a LOT easier than her CFO.
they asked her the basic half dozen questions or so. Visa was delivered 3 days later because she's sputum.
