Thinking about doing a congressional inquiry if I don't hear back by next month. I wrote to them inquiring from my uscis account about which Service Center my case is processing. They took roughly about 3 weeks to respond. I also asked them when I called them to find out some information. Hopefully that helped answer your question.

SumHas on 2023-04-06 said:Thank you. I went to their website and submitted a request for help with a federal agency. You just have input the information they require. I actually reached out to two, one said nothing will happen if they inquire because it's still within normal processing time. The other one just submitted the inquiry yesterday, so I doubt it had anything to do with that but you can go ahead try. Try all necessary options that's at your disposal. InshaAllah you'll hear back soon in coming weeks.

SumHas on 2023-09-13 said:Dq date was June 27th, a month after we submitted the documents. Our request to expedite was approved because of my pregnancy. May be that's why it was done sooner. Did you create a ustravel account?

@ovaaaao1 My lawyer requested for expedited case, they approved it.
