Hello how are you are there any updates with you case? I filed 4/22/22 and I haven’t gotten a response yet. You got approved a while ago so you guys are probably together right now. Just wanted to know about the vaccines and the medical exam cost and where they at the same place and what all vaccines do you need to come to US

We filed 4/17/22 and just got approved 1/31/23. We are just starting the NVC phase right now.

Oh ok blessings are coming your way awesome ok well just wanted to know and also did you guys start the medical exam part? And do you know what vaccine you have to have to come to USA and do you guys know the cost of it all?

No, we have not gotten to that point yet. I am at work right now, I will look when I get off.

Oh ok love no worries

Congratulations on the movement I’m praying I’m coming up soon lol I have similar timeline you got your approval in January which is awesome I’m still waiting. Did you apply for anything else like expedite or k3?

No, No expedite or K3. When did you file?

Thats ok...I see April 4, 2022. We filed April 17, 2022. May I ask, did you guys file the same day that you got married?

Nevermind that also, I read the date wrong.

Lol it’s ok 2/22/22 D.O.M.
And we filed 4/22/2022 I should have file the same day we got married. But we waited until I got back to the states. Wow that’s good. God is moving your right along

Hello darling any progress? I’m still waiting for approval that’s so crazy. I don’t know what’s going on. But I know they changed the date to make their decision. It was May of this year then they pushed it to January of next year and recently the put it to December and now it’s November of this year. I’m like damn it’s crazy but what ever God says it will happen then it will happen. we have a very simple case we both never been married and we both don’t have children so I don’t know why a lot of people the filed after me has already gotten approved. It’s been 437 days since we filed. I called and the they said I just have to wait so it’s so frustrating. Anyway hope you have a wonderful day.

Congratulations ???? when was your DQ date? (documentary qualified date) I got DQ on September of last year so I have been noticing that it takes a while just to get the interview letter so I’m just excited that I see that you’re done with everything. I wonder what month the Lagos embassy is on right now for interview dates. The last time I seen someone get their interview letter was in May so I was thinking that they’re on the month of May. Well good God bless and I know you cannot wait to see your husband. It’s been a long time coming and I can’t wait to. I’m on my way out there in February to go see him since it’s been a year and five months since I seen my husband because I thought that he was going to get an interview before February but that’s not the case not not yet

We were DQ'd on September 29th, but transferred our case out of Lagos to Cote D'Ivoire. Then once in Cote D'Ivoire we got approved for an expedite and my husbands interview was on January 10th. Cote D'Ivoire normally gives out visas either the day of the interview or within 24 hours. But, because his medicals weren't sent over in time they held us in AP status for 5 days. My husband has his visa now and will be here on the 9th of February.

Wow congratulations ??? I heard about the transferring but I was nervous to do it but that’s awesome ?? news.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
