Yes. Ours was so far in the future but time does pass okie way or another. It’s 3 October soooo..soon ??. Wish us luck. What questions did they ask you?

How did your fiancé get her citizenship? When did you last see her? Have you met your child? Do you plan to go with her to the US after getting the visa? He said No since he has to first resign. Did you read the packet you received in the email? He said Yes, he told the lady that the packet was about domestic violence and she said Yes. They asked him if we plan to wed and he said yes our date was early September but did not get the visa so we had to adjust. I resigned from my previous job so he was asked if I will make more money in this new job? He said yes and also I had petitioned someone before in 2019 and canceled so he was asked if he knew if I had told him and he said yes, he was asked why I withdrew and he said lack of communication which was true. He was asked how we met and he said that we grew up together and the lady said why didn’t you proceed, he answered due to cultural reasons. FYI: I had also petitioned him in 2020 but had no photos so he got denied, his file for denial was given to us before we left the embassy which was funny.
They did not take anything even the financial support from I 864 since they have everything in the system. She just looked at the paperwork and gave it back to him after the interview.
You will do fine, the questions are not many and review them with your partner.
Good luck

Hey congrats on your approval. Can you help me with some details? I have been unable to secure an interview and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. We received our email on August 18th that we can schedule an interview and we've been logging into the AIS so many different times throughout the day with no success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
