Comments : On Jan 30 I’ve called the USCIS and filed a Service Request to expedite my EAD, base on potential Financial Lost.
And it worked out!!!!!!!!!
I was approved, no RFE. When I initially filed the form, I’ve added my job offer and a letter. So, I guess, they just opened the file and it was enough reason to expedite my case!!!
If you need more info, how we did it, please, don’t hesitate to e-mail me.

Consulate Review: Israel
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 7, 2008
Embassy Review : Well, what can I say?
The info and forms in Packet III and in Packet IV was incomplete and misleading.
It took us 4 hours to complete the interview, because of THEIR mess with the papers and the fees.

As far as the questions go, they were very common, nothing extraordinary. I thing, coming there TOGETHER is the key. They didn't ask to see any prove of our relationship, just asked some general questions.
After 5 minutes with Vice-council we were told, that everything looks KOSHER and I should get my visa within 5 days.
Rating : Moderate

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
