Made an expedite request on February 3rd citing the unreasonable delay for our case while other applicants were only waiting 3-4 weeks (had been 4 months at that point for us). The request was approved on March 3rd. Received an email from an embassy a few days later telling us to schedule our appointment. Luckily there was some available slots on March 16th. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 747 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 1078 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
