Somehow my husband got an early interview date. I didn't have enough time to schedule off for work to be there. (Go with your SO if at all possible). He was questioned extensively on my finances and why I wasn't working in my field of expertise since I went to college; which was uncalled for since I make more than enough for a family of 5. He denied my husband's visa due to "not enough evidence" (we had over 100 pages of chat, email, text messages, phone records and bills, and pictures). I'd also provided information what NVC said they should've ask for (my most current tax information).
I believe he was denied due to the fact he hadn't had time to finish his medical shots. Our next interview is in February, and I intend on being there next time
Needing to read chat, emails, and letters is an invasion of privacy and should not be a form of "evidence", we are not guilty until proven innocent! |

Absolutely no problems. My husband arrived at the gate (JFK)at 7pm with a very long line and it was taking 30 min. per person, so he tells the nearest guard he has to catch another flight in an hour and shows his ticket. They pulled him from line, took him to a room, they asked a few questions and sent him off. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
