AP OVER! visa issued today 12-19-08, happiest day ever! basically i emailed chennai on 12-12-08 to ask status, since DOS had a standard answer of currently under AP! so i told embassy we have been in AP for 5 months almost and we were told 4-6 weeks, what is the status, and then they emailed back sayin submit the passport to embassy and in a week we got the passport back with VISA in it, sure is a blessing to be finally over with this process!! Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 99 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 199 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
