Hi. My processing time until decision says 2 weeks. However when i check the processing time for I-130 California Service Center now it has been changed until 15 months. Prior it said the normal processing time was 10.5. Does anyone know why these changes all of the sudden. Also, is this accurate that in 2 weeks they will make a decision on my case.
