Member Reviews:

Consulate Review: Hungary
Review Topic: K3 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 10, 2008
Embassy Review : Embassy staff had been wonderful to deal with for over 1 year. Still is, but the Consul was extremely tough on my wife at the interview. 2 hours of pounding on her cancelled tourist visa. But, with nothing to hide she was approved.
Rating : Very Good

POE Review: Miami
Event Description
Entry Date : 2008-03-11
Embassy Review : After 2hrs 20 minutes after landing, Dora came through the gate. I was a nervous wreck. But Dora was smiling. She said Immigration was VERY easy and the Miami officers were very polite. They even gave her a "Welcome to the United States" with a big smile. She had her yellow envelope from the Embassy and they knew exactly what to do. Fingerprints, photo and a few words explaining her "white card". No questions, no hassles.
The delay was so many international flights pounding the one terminal. So 2 hours was spent in just waiting.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
