I am from Brazil. Can you give me a little help with my k1 visa? Something very strange has happened to me. We have approved 1 month ago, but we never received any welcome letter from NVC and now the case suddenly has been sent back to USCIS. They said that the consulate returned our case, and it is done and closed but we never got any receipt number for NVC. Do you have any idea how to proceed in a case like this? Do we need a lawyer? NOA2 APPROVAL: 22 SEPTEMBER 2022 NVC INQUIRY SENT: 23 OCTOBER 2022 Never responded. And now uscis wants to say that the case has returned. It has been only a month. That is impossible. Help us
