It's been 10 weeks only information received was that our packet was being entered 2 weeks ago no letter of welcome or anything I put in another inquiry 2 days ago.

I received message from inquiry with case number but now welcome letter state they will email me when case goes to embassy. Information from 29 November 2022. Waiting for is hard and the lack of communication very hard.

Congratulation, wishing you the best

Hey, did you schedule your interview by yourself or the embassy provided the interview to you? if you schedule your interview yourself, was that the only date available?
Edisonzohfonyi on 2023-01-18 said:
Also, when nvc ship your case to the embassy, why did it take about a month for the embassy to send you package 3?
blank avatar Per&Del on 2023-01-18 said:
Yes we had to do DS-160 then register pay the fee then schedule appointments we paid at eco bank delayed us in system all the March date was gone when we got email payment recorderd April was the first available. If you pay same time you register with credit or debit card not the bank we have to wait extra days and days go quickly
blank avatar Per&Del on 2023-01-18 said:
I have no clue I had to do an inquiry to the embassy to process us in the system I think Christmas and holiday stalled our process because I seen other get it done in 7 to 14 days the longest before us was nearly 20 days
blank avatar Per&Del on 2023-01-24 said:
Thank you Franknessa it has been a long wait and just about 60 more days Per&Del
Edisonzohfonyi on 2023-01-25 said:
Thank you for your respond. Are you suggesting we pay the fees online with a debit or credit card? Also, I already submitted my ds160 application, is it ok pay the fees and schedule my interview without receiving instruction from the embassy?
blank avatar Per&Del on 2023-01-25 said:
They have to send you the packet 3 letter with instructions they give you the website to registered and the steps but when you get to the pay the fee part went to the bank 2 days delay made us wait an extra 30 days fir the interview. Did you receive your letter from the embassy yet?
blank avatar Timberlake on 2023-02-15 said:
Hey do you know if the embassy accepts co sponsor for k1 visa?
blank avatar Per&Del on 2023-02-15 said:
I am not sure on that question. My guess is if you are above poverty level and verify income it should be okay , it is my guess
blank avatar Dada Esther on 2023-04-17 said:

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
