And then the officer took all of the financial documents and left the room, then returned about 5 minutes later and said Jackeline was approved

He helped us a lot during our process and is extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. His name is Diego Ross. He has hundreds of videos explaining the entire process and he also does live streams where you can ask him questions you might have. It's Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
