Congratulations on your approval!! Seeing other people getting approved makes me so happy! It’s such a hard process and I can’t imagine the feeling of being approved. We have our appointment on November 14th. Would you mind sharing your interview experience? Thank you and congrats again!

Thank you very much Laura. Jackeline said everything went well, that the officer was nice. She told me that it was a extensive interview. He asked several questions. And then the officer took all of the financial documents and left the room, then returned about 5 minutes later and said Jackeline was approved

There is a man that I watch on YouTube who is also doing the k1 visa with his Fiancée in Bogota. He helped us a lot during our process and is extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. His name is Diego Ross. He has hundreds of videos explaining the entire process and he also does live streams where you can ask him questions you might have. It's Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

I can’t imagine how happy you’re feeling! And thank you so much for that tip! I’m gonna look for those videos. I hope everything keeps going smooth for you guys!

He is not a attorney and doesn't give legal advice, but he has done the k1 twice now and is extremely extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have about the k1 process.

Thank you and God bless you Laura and your fiance and I hope that your journey goes quickly and you have great success with this stressful and exhausting process.

Sounds good! Only thing we’re worried about is we haven’t received our instructions packet. We already contacted the embassy and they said we’ll receive it in the next few weeks.. hopefully we get it before our interview. God bless you both! You’re finally going to be together and I wish you the best!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
