Hello Fatema, any update on your case?

Hey! No updates on my i130 yet. What about you? Texas service centre is approving end of Feb 2022 cases, I just noticed. So I’m hoping in few weeks time I shall receive some good news. Fingers crossed!

Nothing for me either. Where do you see which month are they processing?

There are unofficial facebook pages for all the service centers. People post on them after they get their approvals. I follow them just to get a sense of relief.

Congratulations Fatema. I am so happy for you. I've been making dua for you everyday. May you have a smooth rest of the process.

Thank you so much! How’s the NVC stage going for you? I still haven’t received the case creation email from NVC. After i130 approval, how long did it take you to receive the NVC email?

It took five days for them to process and give a case number. Then after that you pay the fees and wait for them release the applications. Takes roughly about 3 days. After that it's upto you how soon you can give them all the civil documents. I'm waiting on the police report for my husband to come back so I can submit all the documents and then wait for an interview date.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
