This information is secondhand from my husband, as I was not in attendance.
We received our interview letter 12 weeks after being DQ'ed by NVC, six weeks before the interview was to take place. I uploaded everything into CEAC and prepared a binder following instructions with the checklist from the Warsaw embassy. My husband arrived the Saturday before a Monday morning appointment, just to make sure nothing went awry with train travel. He said he was allowed inside only with documents (no phone, no accompanying visitors. I also would not have been allowed inside, per the consulate's email.) He said he waited for about three hours and was asked to provide required documents (passport, police certificate, our marriage certificate), asked about what our jobs were, and asked when and where we were married. All in all, he took less than ten minutes, and was approved. We are now waiting for his passport to be delivered back to his home per the US Travel Docs website. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
