I flew over to Thailand on Jan.20th. so we could fill out packet 3. When we finished it, to our surprise we were able to hand deliver it to the embassy. Thanks to VJ, I had printed all the forms:ie:medical, xrays, vaccinations, I134 and we had all the tests done and paperwork finished, before we turned in the paperwork. |

F.Y.I. It is very imoportant that you send your I751 packet in so that it arrives withinthe 90 days prior to experation of 2 year residence. we sent ours in and it was returned because it arrived 2 day before the start of the 90 days. We the immediately resent the same packet and it was accepted. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
