No. I'm so upset. I'm in a bad situation and Lagos Embassy will not expedite. I'm in financial hardship. I had Coviid twice. Just was in a car accident no fault of my own. I habe to do rehab 3x a week. My grandmother, whom he truly adores. He can't see her. She just had a stroke. Bone cancer. He wants to see her before she passes. I pray to God he can because if he can't, it will destroy him. Sre you guys through Lagos too? I'm about to lose my mind.

Hello Schurronda, I am so sorry to hear of the troubles. What expedite types have you already made? Don't give up, keep sending them, but change it. So far, I heard financial hardship, medical emergency and humanitarian reasons. Just be sure to make your request rock solid. I hope the healing is going well. I was in a car accident February 4, 2021 and it took me a while to heal. Best wishes.

It was financial hardship. My attorney asked. Myself my congressman and even reached out to President Biden. All denied. I wonder if it's because a CR1 visa and not IR1. My marriage is less than 2 years. They must think it's not a valid marriage when it truly truly is. Do you know of anyone that got their case expedited for financial reasons? I submitted check stubs, letter from employer. Bless you. Sorry for your car accident.

Yes. A relative of a friend of mine got it approved in July this year. She submitted everything to support her hardship. The only thing about this is that when it comes to the interview, the financial hardship will come up. I am not sure if will be at the visa interview or the interview once in America. Just be sure to have your circumstances improved. Reach me at shamondydunbar@gmail.com.

I did too. I submitted everything. I figured they approved other people. I just needed proof. Okay. I'll send you an email.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
