Michael was given the wrong GC. He received a 2 yr GC rather than a 10 year GC (we‘d been married 4+ years when he arrived in US). The fix was relatively painless, just went to local USCIS office 3 times (report problem and turn in wrong GC, have new temp GC validated, and biometric scan once USCIS processed GC correctly). |
