Wow how were you able to get this done so fast?

I filed for a K-3 visa using the I129 form on July 29th. Since those visas are not offered, that form was looked at last week. Once they opened that form they rejected that and opened the I130 and accepted it.
It doesn’t hurt to also file a K3 because its free, and it does not hurt the I-130 process. All it can do is potentially speed it up.

What service center did your k3 go to?
HMKH on 2022-10-26 said:
K3 was mailed straight to Vermont. Processed there in 3 months despite the USCIS website displaying a wait time of over 12 months for the 129 in Vermont.

Once your documentary qualify by NVC .. you will have to wait for approximately 12 to 15 months for NVC to schedule your interview.

Yes, the ISB Islamabad is seeing wait times to around 20-24 months right now. So may be a while

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
